Masjid Project

The City of Oshawa has completed the required property assessment for the adjacent property we intend to purchase.  It has been determined that the cost of the subject property will be $475, 000; which does not include applicable taxes and legal fees.  

Once all the required due diligence and legal formalities have been completed, we plan to make the required purchase without delay. This requires us to have the funds on hand at the time of executing the purchace.
